Albany Stabilising Solution is a high VOC content matt finish. Suitable for exterior use on correctly prepared surfaces prior to the application of Albany Masonry Paint or other masonry coatings.
Effective sealer for powdery and porous surfaces and leave a sound base for subsequent coatings. This product is touch dry in 2-3 hours and recoatable in 16 hours.
