We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions as specified in our shipping policy. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our quality abrasives, tools, and home improvement supplies. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to resolve any issues.

Who Can Return Items?

Our policy applies to all customers – whether you’re a professional working with Abrasive Discs and Dust Free Sanding systems or a DIYer installing Coving/Mouldings or Ceiling Roses.

Return Timeframe

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all accessories
  • In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cleaning fluids (opened containers)
  • Adhesive tapes (if the seal is broken)
  • Cloths/sponges (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-cut materials (specific lengths of Coving/Mouldings)

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and SKU (if available)
  • Reason for return
  • Your contact information

2. Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days. Do not send items without an RMA number.

3. Package Your Items

Securely pack items in original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

4. Ship Your Return

Note: Use a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake

Exchange Process

For exchanges (different grit size of Abrasive Papers or color of Colour Cards):

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly state you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged Access towers, defective Combination ladders, or faulty Abrasive Pads:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund

Professional Contractors: For bulk purchases like Cornice Bulk Trade Packs or multiple Abrasive Discs, inspect shipments immediately and report discrepancies within 24 hours for prompt resolution.
