Blackfriars Problem Solving Primer is a water-based multi-surface primer. Made to cover stains such as water, nicotine and soot damage and etches onto problem surfaces such as ceramic tile and melamine finishes.Â
Also an ideal primer for MDF board. Can be over coated with water-based and solvent-based coatings. Recoatable in 4 hours with coverage up to 11sq/m/L
