In detail
Macpherson Powerkote is a Pliolite based masonry coating for exterior walls and render providing up to 15 years protection.
It has excellent adhesion and is resistant to attack by alkalis, acid and mould growth. Shower proof in 20 minutes and can be applied in temperatures down to -10°C, making it ideal for application throughout the year.
Application is by brush, medium pile roller or airless spray with coverage up to 6.5sq/m per litre. Touch dry in 2-3 hours and recoatable in 16-24 hours. It can be applied over most previously painted surfaces. If the surface is dusty or porous, application of a suitable stabilising primer is required, followed by 2 coats of Powercote.
