Sandtex Trade High Cover Smooth is a water-based, high opacity, smooth finish for exterior masonry surfaces.
It is a highly durable product with a anti-carbonation coating which prevents dirt build up on the surface and a fungicide to prevent mould growth.
Provides 15 years of long lasting protection.
It can be applied to sound, previously coated render without thinning.
On sound bare render, thin the first coat with water to manufacturer’s recommendations.
On chalky, friable surfaces, apply a stabilising solution as a priming coat, before applying a masonry coating.
Application is by brush, roller or spray with coverage up to 16sq/m per litre.
Touch dry between 1-2 hours and recoatable between 3-5 hours.
