Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 is a universal water-based primer, sealer and stain killer in one. Suitable for both interior and exterior use. It has excellent stain blocking power which means it can block water soluble stains and also seal oil soluble stains.Â
Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 can also be applied over water and smoke stains. The adhesion is excellent on all types of surfaces. Perfect for high humidity areas such as bathrooms, wet rooms and laundry rooms. Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 has ultra-low VOC content and dries in just 30 minutes.
