Bulls Eye 123 Plus White 5L

Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 Plus is a universal water-based primer, sealer and stain killer in one. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use.  

This product has excellent stain blocking power, which means it can block water soluble stains and also seal oil soluble stains. It can also be applied over water and smoke stains. The adhesion is excellent on all types of surfaces without the need to sand.
