Rust-Oleum 2182 Hard Hat Primer is a fast acting, rust preventive primer with excellent anti-corrosive properties.Â
Suitable for use on new, bare or slightly rusted steel surfaces.Â
It penetrates rusted surfaces and should be used in light industrial exposures, normal humidity and interior applications and should be recoated with Rust-Oleum Hard Hat topcoats.Â
It is touch dry in 15 minutes, can be handled in 30 minutes and is recoatable within 1 hour or after 48 hours.Â
